TRAILBLAZERS PROGRAM

TRAILBLAZERS is for children entering grades 3 or 4 in the fall. This exciting new program offers campers an introduction to the Adventure Bound program. Trailblazers is a one-week program consisting of exciting day trips to local destinations and one late night. There is no overnight for Trailblazers. Campers need to enroll for a minimum of one session, but can sign up for both sessions.
The daily activities may include a day on the Camp West Woods ropes course, hiking, a cookout, or a trip to the beach, mini-golf, or a boat ride in Boston. Campers leave by van each morning from Camp West Woods with two counselors for that day’s trip. They return to camp in the afternoon in time for the regular 4:00 pick-up (except during the late night). There are different destinations for the various activities each session.
The late night will feature a cookout in the woods at camp, a scavenger hunt, and an ice-cream sundae party. Pick-up will be at 8:00 pm.
