The staff was EXCELLENT. From the first day to the last day the staff was friendly and engaged. I loved the fact that all of the counselors knew my children’s names. The staff always appeared engaged and happy to be at camp. My son was in the preschool camp. I was VERY HAPPY that a male counselor was assigned to his class. It was great for him to have a male role model. It made his experience at camp even better.

This was my daughter’s second summer in the gym camp at Camp West Woods. She loved it and loved the staff. Each day, she had something nice and fun to say about different staff members.

The staff was great. My son was so happy, and the way everybody deals with kids makes me feel my child is safe. It was a short experience, but I was so impressed by the warmth and by how everything is well organized. Thank you everybody.

I liked having the 3-day option as this was our daughter’s first camp experience…My daughter’s counselors were aware of her anxiety in new situations and they were very loving and attentive. She always felt cared for and safe… I’m so glad we chose Camp West Woods. You can really tell that this is a labor of love for all of the staff. It is such a supportive nurturing environment.

My son and daughter had a fabulous summer (yet again!) and we especially appreciated the flexibility around my daughter’s wish to go back to gym camp. We were also impressed with my daughter’s progress in gymnastics and my son’s progress with swimming – they are both ending the summer feeling a sense of accomplishment.

This summer she especially enjoyed camp and really did not want to say good-bye to the staff and fellow campers. I feel the Parents’ Night was a huge success and I enjoyed seeing the activities that my daughter does at camp. I can tell that my daughter feels like she ‘belongs’ at camp, and the environment is very friendly, fun and exciting.

My camper loved the Friday theme days, especially the magician and animal day…She really enjoyed the preparation for the Dance Show and loved performing at the show in front of the parents and staff.

My kids were very skeptical of ‘camp’ in general given their disappointing past experiences at other camps. Camp West Woods has completely turned my kids around. They have such great respect for your counselors, made so many new friends, increased their self-confidence and developed many new skills. I cannot speak more highly of your establishment and your staff. You will see us again next year.

Camp West Woods has consistently exceeded our expectations. From the unwavering commitment to safety, extremely diverse offerings, to a staff that knows each child by name – we feel extremely fortunate to be part of the Camp West Woods family for the past 7 years.

The staff was wonderful and all the feedback I got from my daughter was positive. I had a sitter drop her off and pick her up since I work in Boston, but when I did drop-off or pick-up everyone was always so HAPPY, positive and truly loved their jobs. That shines through especially dealing with so many children. And they were attentive to pick-up changes and security.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Camp West Woods for giving my sons such a great and memorable experience. The people and programs had such a huge impact on the boys. In the 4 short weeks that they were there, I saw such big leaps in their confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm. My older son went from a shy, timid boy who clung to the side of the swimming pool to a confident kid who now jumps off the side of the pool and swims underwater!

I would like to extend a big Thank You to all of the counselors and LTPs that had my children this summer – what an impact you all made on them. Watching my son and daughter hug the counselors and LTPs as they left for the day gave me such a great feeling about who was watching my children each day. Even though camp has ended, my son still talks about the counselors who were such a big part of his summer fun.

We had a great summer with all of you at CWW – from the children’s first day of nervous excitement to their last day with tears saying good-bye, it was a wonderful (and quick) 8 weeks…I was so impressed with CWW as a whole including the organized drop-off and pick-up and the variety of programs, but I must say that the staff was a cut above the norm. They were all so friendly, nurturing, and caring and gave both my children exactly what they needed for a great summer.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful summer my daughter had in the gymnastics program. I’m amazed just how much she improved. The gym staff is wonderful and we appreciate their hard work.

This is my daughter’s first camp experience and honestly I wasn’t sure she was ready for camp. She LOVES it. I haven’t seen her this excited, ever. She can’t stop talking about all of the activities throughout the day – ropes, dance, swimming, Karate…But above all, she can’t stop talking about her counselors. She said they are ‘awesome, smart, nice, and cool.’ Could a mother ask for more from a role model for her daughter?
